Mental Health Professional

GeorgiaGov is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to lead the Early Treatment Program (ETP) and provide therapeutic services to individuals in DeKalb and Fulton Counties.
The ETP is a team-based, multi-element approach to treating transition age youth and young adults with First Episode Psychosis (FEP). As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, including a Prescriber, Registered Nurse, Employment & Education Specialist, Clinical Team Leader/Individual Therapist, Case Manager, and Certified Peer Specialist.
The Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) approach emphasizes shared decision making and active participation from consumers, treatment team members, and family members. CSC services are highly coordinated with primary medical care, focusing on optimizing consumers' overall mental, emotional, and physical health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ETP team and provide therapeutic services to individuals
- Collaborate with treatment team members and family members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure high-quality care and services are provided to consumers
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Eligibility to be licensed as a Mental Health Professional
