Job Summary:This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for financial center clients, helping to identify their personal banking needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deepen client relationships through platform services and support clients with self-service or transactional activities.
- Provide exceptional client care and proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and follow-up routines.
- Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives.
This role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan and is currently benefits eligible.
