As a Senior Relationship Manager for Middle Market Clients, you will play a critical role in providing tailored financial solutions to complex clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, helping them save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
  • Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients and prospects regarding industry trends, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
  • Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
  • Proven track record of managing an extensive portfolio of clients, prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen, with experience in financial modeling and credit training.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with clients and colleagues.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses required within 180 days of start date.

  • Competitive annualized salary of $140,000 to $235,000, based on experience, education, and skill set.
