What We Seek

As the Creative Director of Art, you will partner with the Copy Creative Director to guide a diverse team of 12 creatives across various projects featuring renowned brands. This position entails not only leading the team but also fostering and maintaining client relationships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in business leadership and strategy.

As the Commerce Agency of Record for Kraft Heinz, our innovative ideas reach consumers wherever Kraft Heinz products are available, including grocery stores, big box retailers, and quick-service restaurants. We are continuously involved in national creative campaigns, activations, and regional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in delivering groundbreaking work by spearheading the development of innovative concepts.
- Design and implement creative solutions that align with the established strategy.
- Co-manage a team of approximately 12 creatives, including copywriters and art directors.
- Enhance the quality of work through mentorship, constructive feedback, and active participation.
- Transform presentations into compelling narratives through effective visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of projects and overall business objectives.
- Work alongside the Copy Creative Director and Vice President of Creative Direction to nurture team dynamics and creativity.
- Build and sustain relationships with omni-channel and brand clients.
Qualifications
- A collaborative mindset.
- A sense of humor and the ability to not take oneself too seriously.
- A strong enthusiasm for innovative and conceptual thinking.
- Experience in leading and directing photo and video productions.
- A robust portfolio, preferably showcasing shopper or commerce-related work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in visual design software.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
