Job Title: Director of IT

KREWE is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IT to lead our technology team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Support: Establish technology specifications and standards for computer hardware and devices, act as company procurement agent for hardware, devices, and software, and review all Agreements related to I.T. procurement of hardware, software, and/or services.
  • Project Planning & Management: Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, and system integrations, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across multiple locations, ensuring clear communication of project updates, timelines, and deliverables, collaborate with department heads and IT staff to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide regular project reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within a multi-location company.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred), Shopify, Celigo, and EDI translation software.
  • Proven experience in managing projects involving cloud technologies, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
