Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $57,000 - $75,335 annually
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 6pm
Work Calendar: 12 Months

Position Overview
The Lead Financial Compliance Specialists are tasked with managing the accounting for designated restricted funds, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, and generating intricate financial reports. They work in partnership with external organizations to uphold financial integrity and transparency.
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline along with 4 years of pertinent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 2+ years of experience overseeing grant management
- Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and exercise independent judgment
Working Conditions:
Position may require extended periods of sitting and working across various locations. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be necessary.
