About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, facility managers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify roofing needs and opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on roofing solutions and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial roofing industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
