About the Role
The Leasing Document Administrator creates and oversees contracts for asset-based lending and equipment financing lease documentation. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in creating contract documents for equipment leasing agreements. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or combined experience with education.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and review standard contractual lease documents between Merrimak and customers.
* Manage each equipment order's timeline, coordinating with vendors for production and delivery timing.
* Ensure all applicable terms and conditions are stated accurately in documents and aligned with Pricing Department information.
* Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience creating contract documents for equipment leasing agreements.
* Excellent relational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong Excel skills and proficiency in learning complex technical applications.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location
This role is based in Salt Lake City, UT, with an option to work remotely.
