Contract Administrator for Asset Leasing

Merrimak Capital Company LLC is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Contract Administrator for Asset Leasing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our equipment leasing agreements.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including Present Value, Future Value, Time Value of Money, and others. They will also possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and sending purchase orders to vendors for customers' equipment orders and delivery
- Coordinating with partners throughout the timeline of the agreement to funding
- Ensuring all applicable terms and conditions are stated accurately in documents and aligned with what is provided by the Pricing Department
- Managing records/files of current leases, with the ability to dive into previous documentation to answer questions
- Providing clear and concise communication between Merrimak's teams
