Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bar Back at Guy Fieri's DTPHX Kitchen + Bar. As a Bar Back, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests promptly and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist in restocking and replenishing bar supplies, including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and essentials
  • Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and accessibility
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation
  • Ensure beer taps are working properly and the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant areas
  • Assist bartenders with beverage preparation and service as needed
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks and preparation tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to all safety and sanitation requirements
  • Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required
  • Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous bar back or related experience
