Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to formulate and uphold production and quality control schedules, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Guide the team in refining production workflows and enhancing processes to boost delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address common root causes of production issues to elevate overall quality and stability.
- Provide operational leadership to the production team, focusing on training, coaching, and fostering leadership development among team members.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and forecasting of the production-related budgetary status and results on a monthly basis.
- Engage with potential clients regarding opportunities and update current clients on project statuses in production.
- Facilitate cross-functional team communications to advance mRNA production platform capabilities.
- Ensure proper documentation of training and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Proficient in HPLC purification techniques and equipment operation and maintenance.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the biotechnology production sector is essential.
- Demonstrated initiative and success in collaborative projects with interdisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
