Job Summary

The Senior AV Production Manager is responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in delivering high-quality audiovisual support for events and meetings. This role requires a strong understanding of modern web conferencing and live video technologies, as well as experience in leading large, multi-faceted teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the AV team, including technical troubleshooting and operational assistance
  • Provide customer service and support, including event support and technical production for high-level and complex events
  • Develop and implement operational metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure effective cross-functional business delivery and model effective collaboration and conflict resolution
  • Identify critical issues and manage escalations from senior leadership and the client to ensure concerns are resolved to satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Audiovisual or Broadcasting industry
  • Working understanding of modern web conferencing and live video technologies
  • Experience in leading large, multi-faceted teams and client & vendor management & partnerships
  • Competent in relative Microsoft applications - Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Excellent change management and leadership skills, as well as superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
