Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide prompt and personalized service to clients, addressing their inquiries and individual needs for our agency's products and services.
- Account Management: Assist Account Managers and Producers in securing applications from clients, managing account transactions, and reviewing policies for accuracy and completeness.
- Transaction Processing: Process transactions in a timely manner, paying attention to detail and adhering to workflow procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, Account Managers, and Supervisors, documenting conversations and issues in our system.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry, maintaining a file on pertinent information from companies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals, exceeding expectations and adhering to workflow procedures.
- Insurance Experience: Prior experience in insurance lines of coverage, fundamental rating, underwriting, and procedural skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience with MAS360 and Image Right is a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Proven ability to exceed expectations, high level of organizational ability, attention to detail, motivated, and team player.
- Licensing: NYS Brokers License is required.
Marshall & Sterling Inc offers a competitive salary range of $47,500 - $52,500, influenced by factors such as relevant experience, education, and work location.
