Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Client Service Representative to join our team at Marshall & Sterling Inc. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide prompt and professional service to clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their individual needs for insurance products and services.
  • Account Management: Assist Account Managers and Producers in securing applications from clients, managing account transactions, and reviewing policies for accuracy and completeness.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions in a timely manner, paying attention to detail, and following workflow procedures to reduce the risk of errors and claims.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients, Account Managers, and Supervisors regularly, documenting all conversations and issues in the system.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry, maintaining a file on pertinent information from companies, and communicating any issues immediately.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance lines of coverage, fundamental rating, underwriting, and procedural skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with MAS360 and Image Right is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Proven ability to exceed expectations, high level of organizational ability, attention to detail, motivated, and team player.
  • Licenses and Certifications: NYS Brokers License.
What We Offer
