At Soar Autism Center, we're dedicated to empowering children on the autism spectrum to reach their full potential. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our mission-driven care model, working closely with our expert team to provide innovative and effective ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Foster strong relationships with families, keeping them informed of their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
Qualifications:
  • We prefer candidates who are enrolled in or have completed a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of doing so
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
