Child Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Developmental Therapist to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
About the RoleWe are committed to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- $40 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
