About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting. As an Early Childhood Developmental Therapist, you will work closely with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage
