Job Title: Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

About the Role:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. Your expertise will be essential in implementing intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications:
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
