Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to young children with autism and their families.

About the Role:

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering naturalistic therapy, specifically the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical specialties.
  • Deliver high-quality, play-based therapy to young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and collaborate with other clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, providing them with support and guidance throughout the therapy process.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.
