Position Summary

We are actively looking for a Morning Dishwasher/Steward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely sells and serves food and beverages.
  • Processes guest bills and payments efficiently.
  • Delivers quality service to guests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Prepares tables and maintains cleanliness of linens, silverware, and glassware.
  • Cleans tables, including the proper handling of soiled wares and trash.
  • Familiarizes with the menu to explain key ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Reports all tips in accordance with company policy and IRS regulations.
  • Prepares the station before opening, keeps it tidy during service, and cleans it at the end of the shift.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A professional and positive demeanor towards guests, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of hotel facilities and services to assist guests effectively.
  • A history of providing friendly customer service.
  • Ability to process checks and payments in line with established policies.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or relevant experience.
