**Job Summary**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to help care for and assist people with disabilities with activities of daily living in the Bronx.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide support and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings.
- Engage in activities that promote socialization and community integration.
- Document and report on individual progress and needs.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HHA, PCA, CNA and/or developmental disabilities background.
- Criminal background checks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid NYS Driver's License preferred.
