Job Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist is a key member of our team at EVO Care Group, responsible for facilitating customer service to caregivers by visiting branch offices and assisting with employment inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet caregivers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to onboarding, payroll, HR, and coordination.
  • Screen and enter employment inquiries into applicable systems, including Salesforce.
  • Vet and assist with the hiring process for walk-in caregivers and assigned leads.
  • Track and maintain field recruitment presentation lists.
  • Build connections with community resources and caregiver schools to optimize recruitment numbers.
  • Track, maintain, and update personnel records related to onboarding, coordination, payroll, and HR.
  • Conduct new hire orientations required for onboarding.
  • Understand and adhere to state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage telephone calls/emails in a supportive and professional manner.
  • Ensure complete and absolute confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

  • Spanish language proficiency (MUST)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Spanish
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and must be flexible in an extremely fast-paced environment, yet stay organized
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software
  • Optimistic, energetic, outgoing, and with great energy.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills - with internal and external staff
  • Excellent customer service
