The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Utility Support Specialist is a vital contributor to the seamless operation of our bakery, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment that meets high-volume demands. This role is essential in upholding NbC's commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all baking equipment, utensils, and tools in accordance with NbC standards.
  • Regularly checks sanitization levels to comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Responsible for waste disposal, sweeping, mopping floors, and maintaining clean floor drains.
  • Conducts routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerators, and restrooms.
  • Ensures the workstation is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked, preparing for the next shift.
  • Monitors cleaning supply inventory and informs management when restocking is necessary.
  • Assists in the receipt, processing, and storage of weekly supply deliveries.
  • Collaborates with team members to maintain organized and clean workstations as needed.
  • Adheres to all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including strict compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards.
