Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising a team of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Verify shift transactions and ensure accuracy of cash handling.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parking lot, including trash removal and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Count vehicles on location and maintain accurate records.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to management.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues with revenue control equipment.
  • Complete daily inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris and spills.
  • Substitute for other positions as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cashier or parking experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to respond positively to customer complaints.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required.
