Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Parking Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising a team of parking attendants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify shift transactions and reconcile cash on hand during bank drops.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned parking lots.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and security personnel.
  • Supervise parking attendants and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Count vehicles on location throughout the shift, as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance and adhere to company uniform standards.
  • Report any safety hazards or unusual occurrences to management.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues with revenue control equipment.
  • Complete daily inspections and required documentation.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
  • Substitute for other positions as needed.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the parking facilities, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cashier or parking experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to effectively respond positively to customer problems or complaints.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with unexpected events.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee is required to work outside in varying weather conditions. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
