Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure patients receive quality care and service, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and assisting with support needs.
- Partner with Hearing Care Professionals to provide support to referring physicians and patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Manage patient intake forms, maintain accurate patient files, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process patient orders, receive and verify pick-ups, and input information into our system.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, with a focus on customer service and patient care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail clinic environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with a strong understanding of EMR/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and industry standards for patient care and data protection.
