Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Randstad. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities within various industries.
- Manage full cycle account responsibilities, including sales, order entry, follow-up, and PO processing.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and vendors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Interdepartmental collaboration to develop strategies for growth and profitability.
- Participate in trade shows and client site visits (minimal travel, approximately once a quarter).
- Provide support and guidance to clients as needed.
- Utilize various B2B sales avenues to increase market share and grow profitability.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
