We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our TLD America team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer requests for quotes and orders through our ERP system
- Provide technical support for parts search and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to advise on parts to be stocked in our region
- Exercise discretion on prioritization and execution of daily tasks and projects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other technical tools
