CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing multi-vendor z/OS software products, leveraging various z/OS products/utilities, and performing system monitoring/tuning for performance and capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage multi-vendor z/OS software products
  • Leverage various z/OS products/utilities
  • Perform system monitoring/tuning for performance and capacity
  • Develop and deploy best practice solutions in alignment with business requirements
  • Provide support for complex technical and operational issues, driving problem resolution through root cause determination
  • Produce control evidence for various audit inquiries
  • Interact with vendors to plan and implement z/OS system upgrades
  • Work effectively within Change and Problem Management structures
  • Engage in the development and execution of continuity and recovery plans
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Large Scale Mainframe computing environments
  • 5+ years experience with z/OS software lifecycle management
  • Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years experience with IBM Systems Automation and Netview deployment and customization, 5+ years experience with Mainframe Security product deployment and customization
