Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute on-site installation, startup, testing, and troubleshooting of complex automation systems;
- Review and approve the operational quality of automation equipment and systems, and provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on technical matters related to assigned projects;
- Develop and implement on-site modifications and optimizations to electrical, optical, and mechanical systems to ensure satisfactory solution performance;
- Provide detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, and qualification test results;
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and adhere to electrical and electronic procedures at diverse work sites;
- Analyze existing development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements;
- Create mechatronic design documents for parts, assemblies, or finished products;
- Implement and test design solutions;
- Maintain technical project files;
- Provide consultation or training on topics such as mechatronics or automated control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Availability to work evening and weekend hours or varying work patterns depending on project/market needs;
- Ability to be on-call and respond to customer emergencies during site deployments;
- Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.
