About the Opportunity

This Administrative Assistant I position offers a unique chance to join the State of Florida's team and contribute to the organization's mission. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, with one year of administrative experience preferred.
