About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Inside Sales team at All Energy Solar. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Inside Sales team, focusing on sales and customer acquisition in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop our Inside Sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow our customer base in the renewable energy industry.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including lead distribution, voicemail management, and CRM management.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
