Job Title: Sales Team Lead - Solar Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Inside Sales team at All Energy Solar. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Inside Sales team, providing administrative support, and assisting in training new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks designated by the Inside Sales Director
- Provide support to the Inside Sales team and act as a team representative
- Help train new Inside Sales Representatives
- Provide feedback to improve the overall Inside Sales process
- Be a point of contact for questions from Inside Sales Representatives and an expert in that role
- Administrative duties include, but are not limited to:
- Distribute new leads to the Inside Sales Team
- Handle all inbound voicemails from the call center
- Handle incoming CallRail records
- Enter in new leads that are not in
- Monitor incoming voicemail messages
- Manage when the IS Manager is unavailable
- Create cadences for new Campaigns
Requirements:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated; ability to work under pressure and in an evolving work environment
- Great team-spirit
- Commitment of 40 hours per week
- Illustrate an outgoing personality and demonstrate personal confidence
- Available to work on evenings and weekends
- Quick Study of new programs and CRM management
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
This is a full-time position with $24/hour + commission Profit sharing bonus based on company performance PTO accrual of up to 80 hours annually 6 major paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday Dental + vision insurance (free for individuals) Health insurance (free individual plan option) HSA and FSA options 401K with company match (age 21+, eligible after 90 days of employment) Free employee assistance plan Life insurance
