We are looking for a skilled and meticulous professional to join our team at Re-Bath. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring constructability and facilitating communication between sales and production teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote constructability throughout the project lifecycle, identifying potential design challenges and suggesting efficient, cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with Design Consultants and Installation teams to establish project scopes that are realistic and align with client expectations.
  • Review contracts and place orders for necessary materials.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to address any concerns.
  • Work alongside production leadership to synchronize installation schedules based on Installer expertise and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the in-house Permitting Coordinator to schedule inspections with local building authorities as necessary.
  • Engage with procurement and management teams for materials and equipment needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in kitchen and bath.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and principles of constructability.
  • Ability to assess existing conditions in relation to the scope of work.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on client interaction.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
