Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with experts, contributing to our clients' success, and advancing your career with the latest emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements for Guidewire applications, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes and systems.
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Facilitate workshops and create documentation, including use cases and user stories, to support user training and acceptance testing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of Guidewire applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Guidewire certification(s) and a strong knowledge of Guidewire applications.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and creating documentation, including use cases and user stories.
  • Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training.
