Position Overview
As a key member of the team at Kansas Action for Children, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and assessing component-level reliability and qualification initiatives. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, your focus will be on ensuring that reliability testing aligns with customer expectations and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive reliability and qualification strategies for semiconductor components, ensuring appropriate environmental stress testing for various applications.
  • Collaborate with product engineering and project management teams to formulate reliability testing plans that facilitate qualification and production ramp-up.
  • Direct and oversee reliability stress testing in partnership with the Environmental Engineering team.
  • Conduct reliability testing methods on advanced packaging technologies for a diverse customer base.
  • Establish reliability assessment methods for emerging technologies, identifying critical failure mechanisms and analyzing results to recommend testing requirements.
  • Implement electrical bias techniques for dynamic device operation in controlled environments.
  • Provide engineering support for failure verification and physical failure analysis post-testing.
  • Ensure new reliability test equipment meets industry standards and operational requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive reliability database to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of customized testing and qualification solutions.
  • Assess engineering feasibility and cost-effectiveness for reliability and qualification plans.
