This is a dynamic and fast-paced role responsible for conducting complex and confidential investigations arising from concerns or complaints. These investigations involve alleged violations of policies, contracts, or the law by school district personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sensitive, high-priority matters with tight deadlines.
- Provide expert support and guidance to administrators and supervisors on employment-related issues such as evaluations, performance management, disciplinary actions, mandatory training, and various human resource processes.
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support findings.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future incidents and improve employee conduct.
- Collaborate with district leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, or a related major social science field.
- Two years of experience in complaint resolution or investigations.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle situations involving confrontation and conflict.
- Ability to manage highly sensitive confidential information.
