As a Sales Manager at R.S. Hughes Company, Inc., you will lead our Sales Team and help spearhead growth for the Greater Los Angeles Market.

Our merit-based salary/bonus program offers exceptional growth opportunities. Target first year Compensation (base + incentive) for this Exempt role is ~$130k DOE.

This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of B2B product sales experience with 2+ years of sales management/ leadership experience required.

We prioritize prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills, as well as being familiar with CRM practices and able to build productive business professional relationships.
