Job Title: Club Pilates Director

Overview:
Riser Fitness, LLC is a leading provider of Pilates classes and programs, with locations in CA, OR, and WA. We are seeking an experienced Club Pilates Director to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and increase revenue
- Manage and direct the work of Sales Associates and instructors
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure Sales Associates are equipped to meet sales targets
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in ClubReady and other relevant software

Salary and Benefits:
