Job Description

At Gable, we're seeking a visionary Director of People Operations to drive our HR initiatives and shape our company culture.

This role will oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, performance management, team member engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies, with a strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with the executive management team to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Leading and managing the People Operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters and providing coaching and assistance to executives and managers to improve team members' engagement and development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Overseeing the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain a talented and diverse workforce.
  • Developing and implementing effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Designing and managing performance management systems to drive high performance and development.

Team Member Engagement and Culture:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Gable's values.
  • Developing and implementing team member engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven history of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
