We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Registered Dietitian to join our team. This Full-Time role offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody NutraCo's commitment to delivering compassionate care, treating residents with respect and dignity.
  • Identify and address nutrition-related health issues among residents, including malnutrition, weight loss, wound healing, chronic diseases, and enteral and parenteral nutrition therapies.
  • Collaborate with fellow dietitians and facility staff to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.
  • Conduct essential Clinical Assessments (New Admission, Follow-Up, Quarterly, and Annual assessments).
  • Utilize the EMR system for accurate charting.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings (Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, Weight Meetings, Care Plan Meetings).
  • Perform Daily Meal Rounds.
  • Conduct monthly Sanitation Audits.
  • Approve Dietary Menus.
  • Complete Section K of MDS.
  • Work alongside the Dietary Technician or Clinical Nutrition Manager to oversee resident care, if applicable.
Essential Skills:
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with other healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (Preferred: PCC, SigmaCare, Matrix, or Visual).
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and provide annual verification or be Registration Eligible with a verification statement.
  • Compliance with state licensure requirements.
  • Adherence to Facility Vaccination Requirements.
  • Possession of reliable transportation.
  • Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred but not mandatory.
