Incentives:

  • Eligible for a $150,000.00 forgivable loan or $150,000.00 in student loan repayment as a new hire incentive.

MAPMG physicians enjoy a salaried position, eliminating the complexities associated with multiple insurers or fee-for-service models. Our members have streamlined access to specialists and medical records, allowing for holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse case mix including Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, and electrophysiology. No open-heart or neurosurgery cases.
  • Work an average of 40-45 hours per week (annual salary based on a 40-hour work week, with options for additional pay or time off).
  • Participate in on-call duties approximately 1:7 weekdays and an average of 1 weekend call per month.
  • Enjoy a guaranteed post-call day off.
  • Experience minimal CRNA supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia.
  • Possess or be eligible for licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
