  • Recognize signs of dental emergencies and respond accordingly
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and protect against HIPAA violations
  • Participate in morning huddles, chart reviews, and regular office meetings

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand information and effectively present it to patients
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software (EagleSoft preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
