- Proven sales experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably with a focus on solar energy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Paid training and uncapped commission earnings.
- First year OTE compensation between $100K-$125K.
