Job Summary

New Leaf Energy, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Developer to join our team in the New England region. As a key member of our project development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and screening project opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential project opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, policymakers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project developers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct site visits and gather data to inform project development decisions
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in solar sales or development
  • Proficiency in GIS tools, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
