Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by greeting and assisting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process member transactions, including returns, exchanges, and purchases, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining visual standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
