About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Hospice House, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care needs. You will also document patient care accurately and effectively delegate tasks to other team members. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical or long-term care experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Hospice nursing experience (or equivalent education and/or experience).
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
