Job Summary

Federated Service Solutions is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the company's growth strategy as the Director of Sales. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the business.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative customer acquisition campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
  • Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
