Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet and exceed membership sales and retention goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
Requirements:
