Pure Barre Membership Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Coordinator to join our team at Pure Barre Bradenton and Pure Barre Lakewood Ranch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence to expand our Pure Barre community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager/Sales Manager with new membership sales by building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving clients through the sales process.
  • Retain and provide unmatched customer service to current members.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establish relationships, and target individual goals and needs.
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production and emphasize the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Present available services to current or prospective members and book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio and develop selling skills.
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions, input inventory, and perform light cleaning duties.
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn the ClubReady software system.
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
